Related accounts
This is the only developer account I have ever owned or accessed. No shared payment method, device, phone number or address with any other account. The card used for the $25 fee is in my name.
The likely cause and the fix
The app requested READ_SMS for a one-time code; that permission was removed on 9 August and the build now uses the SMS Retriever API…
